Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a goal-oriented department and create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where students can study and learn.

You will recruit and develop staff, train and schedule team members, perform daily inspections, coach employees, collaborate with facility and company leadership to meet budget and compliance goals, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a housekeeping department with focus on morale, quality, and safety.
• Experience managing a team is a plus, not required.
• Experience in healthcare environment is a plus, not required.
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish, is a plus, not required.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays

• No housekeeping experience is required

• Experience working in a healthcare environment (big plus, not required)
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish (big plus, not required)
