Office of the Academic Discovery and Impact (OADI) seeking an Assistant Director, EOP/HEOP, OADI, Student Advising and Engagement.
This is a full time, 40 hour/week, on-campus position (within daily commuting distance from Ithaca, NY). This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with four days a week in office, one day remote to be determined at the time of hire. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

About the Office of Academic Discovery and Impact
The Office of Academic Discovery and Impact (OADI) serves as a centralized hub that provides academic and professional-development support and resources for students who participate in or are interested in participating in its signature programs, as well as any other students who are interested in taking advantage of its unique advising model. OADI advisors work with students from all undergraduate colleges and schools, with a special focus on supporting the academic, professional, and community needs of students who are first-generation college goers and/or from lower-income backgrounds.
The Arthur O. Eve Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) and the Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) were established in 1967 and 1969 to help facilitate students whose financial and academic environments have not allowed their potential to come to fruition. Cornell has hosted these programs since their start with the mission of "any person, any study" being central to opportunity and access.

Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Student Personnel Administration, Social Sciences or related field and at least 3 years of full time work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
