Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred and a minimum of 1 year of admission experience required.
• Ability to interact with a diverse population of prospective students, faculty, and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• CRM experience required; Microsoft Office proficiency; Sungard Banner preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel and lift up to 50 pounds; occasional weekend/evening work.

Aufgaben

• Manage, develop, and execute enrollment marketing initiatives within the Enrollment division.
• Create and contribute to overall communications plans and strategies.
• Facilitate enrollment marketing projects with digital assets, email, SMS, print, direct mail, and form optimization.
• Assist with managing content on Enrollment webpages within the university website.
• Develop dashboards for enrollment goals and compile data for leadership reports.
• Manage the enrollment communications budget and report updates to leadership.
• Represent the University at college fairs and high school visits throughout the year.
• Provide admission counseling to prospective students via in-person, phone, text, or email.
