Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience in hospital/healthcare setting.
• Associate degree plus 4 years of relevant experience as described above.
• High school diploma plus 6 years of relevant experience in hospital/healthcare setting.
• Valid NYSED Professional Engineer/Architect license or Master’s degree can substitute for 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and maintains control over project assignments and related activities including in-house construction, renovation, and engineering.
• Prepares reports and engineering management audits and studies for senior management.
• Plans and implements programs to establish performance standards and improve productivity.
