Job summary

University of Idaho is seeking an Assistant Director for Employer Relations: Outreach and Development in Moscow. This leadership role focuses on building partnerships with regional and national employers to expand internships, graduate school pathways, and career opportunities for UI students and graduates.

The Assistant Director will guide outreach, fundraising, and assessment efforts, collaborating with Career Services staff and department directors to align with Idaho employers’ workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years professional recruitment or HR experience.
• One year event planning or development/fundraising experience.
• Experience in program planning and implementation.
• Experience delivering presentations to groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with employers to enhance internships, graduate school, and career opportunities for UI students.
• Lead fundraising and development efforts through DEP and related programs.
• Create and implement employer outreach plans for Idaho and the Northwest.
• Collect outreach data, write reports, and make recommendations.
