Job summary

Celebree School of Marietta at Shallowford in Marietta, GA, is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the School Director to lead talent, brand, and operations while fostering a positive learning environment for children and staff.

You'll focus on attracting top talent, supporting growth, and ensuring smooth operations, customer-friendly tours, and strong community relationships as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Director Qualified strongly preferred.
• Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant Toddler, and School Age certifications strongly preferred.
• Business and/or accounting experience in childcare desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent to join the team.
• Support team growth and development through training and guidance.
• Build a school community that attracts families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and Celebree standards.
• Manage childcare operations from scheduling to financial management and documentation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences during tours and meetings.
• Support and lead new company initiatives.
