Job summary

Celebree School is seeking an Assistant Director to work with the School Director on talent, brand, and operations. You will help build a strong school community, nurture staff, and foster positive relationships with families and the local community.

In this role you will champion the Celebree mission, oversee talent development, and support operational excellence across scheduling, documentation, and customer service in a fast-paced childcare environment.

Qualifications

• Director qualification strongly preferred.
• Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant Toddler, and School Age certifications strongly preferred.
• Business and/or accounting experience in childcare desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
• Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Management of childcare operations, from scheduling to financial management and documentation, ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping.
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.;
• Support and lead new company initiatives
