Job summary

Big Blue Marble Academy in Marietta, GA is seeking an Associate Director to support the Preschool Director by retaining families and enrolling new families while maintaining a positive team environment. You will oversee staff training, coordinate scheduling, and ensure licensing standards are met.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is a team player, and is dedicated to our mission of providing a global education for children.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working in Early Childhood Development.
• CDA or TCC completed is required.
• Able to communicate progress of children clearly to parents and families.
• Familiarity with CMS and other customer-facing systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Preschool Director with staff training and orientation following company and state guidelines.
• Conduct tours for potential families per tour protocol.
• Maintain a physical environment that meets licensing standards.
• Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and organized files.
• Assist with inventory of supplies and materials for programs.
• Pursue professional development opportunities through staff training.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and BBMA policies.
• Support classrooms by filling in for teachers and assisting with bus driving as needed.
