Celebree School is seeking an Assistant Director in Marietta, GA, to partner with the School Director, champion our mission, and drive talent, brand, and operational excellence. You will help build a family-like school culture, nurture staff growth, and foster strong community relationships to enable both children and team members to thrive.

You will lead recruitment, staff development, and daily operations while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional tours and parent experiences.

• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.;
• Support and lead new company initiatives
