Job summary

First Learning, a leading North American childcare provider, seeks a Site Director to oversee a childcare center in Texas. You will lead staff, develop families relationships, and ensure high quality early education aligned with accreditation standards.

You will coach classroom teams, manage enrollment, safety, licensing compliance, and community outreach while sustaining strong center performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or substantial years of experience in center-based childcare.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in supervision and program execution.
• Thorough knowledge of early childhood programming and accreditation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high quality tours and enrollment follow-up.
• Lead, supervise and mentor classroom staff and support staff.
• Develop relationships with children and families.
• Ensure OCFS licensing regulations are upheld.
• Coordinate staff development and training plans.
• Maintain national accreditation criteria in operations.
