Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead our early childhood education program in Texas. This role focuses on operations, family engagement, staff leadership, and driving enrollment growth. It is not entry-level and requires ownership of results.

The right candidate will have a Texas Child Care Director's License, strong leadership presence, and excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving enrollments.

Qualifications

• Texas Child Care Director's License is required.
• Minimum 3 years of childcare leadership experience.
• Experience supervising teachers and support staff.
• Strong knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing standards.
• Experience with enrollment, tours, and family retention.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead by example and hold staff accountable.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the center.
• Support staff coaching, training, and development.
