The Learning Experience in Leander, Texas is hiring an Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our early childhood education center. You will work with the Center Director to lead teachers, support families, ensure licensing and safety standards, and provide necessary resources for high-quality care and education.

Responsibilities include staffing, enrollment, daily operations, and coaching teachers, while maintaining strong relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in childcare, preschool, daycare, or ECE.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience coaching or supporting early childhood teachers preferred.
• Knowledge of licensing, health, and safety requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support daily center operations.
• Must meet state licensing/regulatory requirements.
• Degree or coursework in ECE, Child Development, Education, or related field preferred.

Working with the Center Director, the Assistant Director helps lead teachers, support families, maintain licensing and safety standards, and ensure classrooms have the resources needed to provide high-quality care and education.

• Provide a professional experience for current and prospective families
• Help families understand TLE's programs and approach to early childhood education

• Maintain TLE brand and quality standards throughout the center

Qualifications
