Learning Care seeks an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school and assists in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

The role emphasizes leadership, licensing compliance, and a caring educational environment for children and families served by Learning Care.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have the North Carolina level 1, 2, or 3 credential.
