Learning Care is hiring an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you’ll have sole responsibility for the school and oversee the growth and development of children in a supportive environment.

You will lead staff, ensure licensing standards are met, and contribute to a positive, educational setting with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive pay. Training and benefit programs are in place.

Qualifications

• Must have previous leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director; assume sole responsibility in the Director’s absence.
• Promote social, physical and intellectual growth of the children.
