Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, schedules and interviews teacher candidates.
• Conducts classroom observations and provides feedback.
• Manages team to execute the TLE curriculum.
• Leads tours and communicates with families about progress.
