Childtime-Learning-Centers is seeking an Assistant Director to support the safe, effective operation of the childcare center and partner with the School Director to foster a safe, educational environment. You will promote children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth while leading a dedicated staff.

The role requires leadership experience, a valid high school diploma or equivalent, and compliance with state requirements for education and center operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Recruit, supervise, and retain quality staff.
• Help achieve profitability and promote a positive image for the company.
