Job summary

La Petite Academy Arnold is seeking an Assistant Director to help run the school with the School Director, ensuring safe, effective operation and alignment with Learning Care Group’s safety vision.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes sole responsibility and supports the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children, while leading a team of dedicated staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 2 years in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state education and center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates in accordance with licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for children and parents.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
