Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director oversees the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• Supports the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Promotes a positive, collaborative workplace with staff and families.
