Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in assisted living, healthcare, or long-term care.
• Working knowledge of Wisconsin regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance: assist in ensuring compliance with Wis. Admin. DHS and applicable regulations.
• Resident care: support admission, retention, and discharge decisions per DHS 83 standards.
• Staff management: assist with hiring, onboarding, supervising, scheduling, and training.
• Medication & health oversight: ensure safe medication administration and nursing support.
• Operations & administration: assist budgeting, payroll review, scheduling, and readiness surveys.
• Leadership & communication: promote teamwork and act as liaison among staff, residents, families, and providers.
