Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed by start date.
- 3+ years of experience with operational technology systems.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and apply policies and procedures.
- Strong customer service in a high-volume setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for card services, parking operations, motor pool, and air transportation programs.
- Supervise staff and manage daily customer service, permit administration, credential operations, and parking activities.
- Administer and support departmental technology systems and related processes.
- Develop reports, analyze data, and implement improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with campus partners, departments, and vendors to support institutional needs.
- Assist with training, policy implementation, compliance, and planning.
