Bond Health seeks an Assistant Program Director to support the IMT program's daily operations and clinical services. The role includes supervision, program planning, and collaboration with hospitals, courts, shelters, and DOHMH, with on-call responsibilities 24/7.

The candidate should have an LMHC or LCSW licensed in New York, at least 3 years of direct clinical experience in behavioral health, and some supervisory experience. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Competenze

• Commitment to person-centered treatment and self-determination in services.
• LMHC or LCSW licensure in New York required.
• Minimum 3 years direct clinical experience with adults in behavioral health.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred (1+ year).
• Experience with mobile teams and coordination with partners is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Computer proficiency and ability to work in the community using public transport.

Mansioni

• Provide direct supervision for assigned staff.
• Review team documentation to ensure person-centered services and timely entries.
• Support Program Director with operations, meetings, clinical support, and on-call coverage 24/7.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and meetings.
• Act as Program Director in their absence.
• Build relationships with hospitals, courts, jails, shelters, housing providers, DOHMH and others.
• Attend supervision, meetings and training; maintain participant caseload as needed.
• Stay current with research on recovery services, co-occurring disorders, mobile teams, and best practices.
