Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with inter-professional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the department and guide supervisory staff on scheduling and problem resolution.
Supervise trainees and coordinate clinical supervision with senior staff.
Advise on clinical program development, policies, and practice guidelines.
Identify and arrange educational opportunities aligned with department goals; participate in clinical research.
Develop and implement quality improvement programs and department manuals.
Communicate program information to physicians and professionals regarding care and services.
