Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Director with game day operations and press row management.
• Produce sports information materials for the media.
• Coordinate athletics information on the University website.
• Support marketing and fan engagement initiatives, including oversight of the department’s fan engagement app.
• Develop office policies for the Sports Information Department.
• Organize publications production flow and advertising for publications.
• Update athletic website and social media for all teams.
• Create press releases, game notes, and stories.
• Maintain team and individual statistics.
• Coordinate media coverage for home and away events.
• Provide leadership and supervise direct reports.
• Assist in planning special events such as Hall of Fame and other recognitions.
