Preble Street seeks an Anti-Trafficking Services Assistant Director to oversee the case management programs and ensure high-quality services for trafficking survivors. You will collaborate with the ATS management team on systems work, safety monitoring, and ongoing program development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in social work, nonprofit management, public administration, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum three years of management experience with survivors of violence.
• Bachelor's degree with substantial nonprofit management/grants experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management programs and ensure high quality services.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing support and accountability.
• Participate in program development, evaluation, and grants management.
• Collaborate with the Director and ATS team on safety, systems work, and community planning.
