The role emphasizes coordinating with Alumni Relations for quinquennial classes, analyzing giving trends, and moving prospects into the major gift pipeline, while handling SPE enrollments and annual reporting

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute reunion fundraising and outreach strategies aligned with institutional priorities.
• Coordinate with Alumni Relations to recruit, train, and manage reunion volunteers.
• Collaborate on quinquennial reunion classes to align fundraising with program planning.
• Analyze participation and giving trends to inform outreach strategies.
• Identify and move reunion donor prospects into the major gift pipeline.
• Oversee PA State Tax Credit Programs enrollment and reporting.
• Prepare donor acknowledgments, stewardship events, and annual reports.
