Penn State Great Valley is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Relations and Stewardship to strengthen relationships with alumni, donors, students, volunteers, and partners, advancing the campus mission and fundraising priorities.

Reporting to the Director of Campus Development, the role will lead engagement programs, donor reporting, events, and communications while collaborating with DDAR and Alumni Association colleagues to strengthen philanthropic impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required Certifications: None

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement alumni engagement programs and recognition opportunities.
• Provide leadership for campus stewardship and endowment strategies, including donor reporting and impact communications.
• Articulate Penn State’s needs, ambitions, and values through clear communications.
• Build relationships with alumni through events, mentorship, advocacy, philanthropy, and volunteer service.
• Create and execute donor, alumni, student, and community events, including networking and fundraising programs.
• Manage alumni awards programs and serve as liaison to local Penn State Alumni Association chapters.
