This full-time role focuses on coordinating reunion activities, managing volunteer networks, and overseeing PA State Tax Credit programs, while reporting on giving trends and ensuring thoughtful stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Reunion fundraising: execute and enhance reunion fundraising and outreach strategies.
• Coordinate with Alumni Relations on quinquennial reunion classes to recruit, train, and manage alumni volunteers.
• Align volunteer-led reunion fundraising with program planning for the 5th to 40th reunions.
• Analyze and report on participation and giving trends to inform outreach strategies.
• Identify, qualify, and move reunion donor prospects into the major gift pipeline.
• PA State Tax Credit Programs: plan and implement EITC/OSTC programs, market via email/social media, and coordinate enrollment of donors in SPEs.
• Track donors, manage required annual paperwork, and coordinate with the Business Office and external partners as needed.
• Facilitate annual stewardship events and renewal forms for SPEs.
• Reporting, Gift Acknowledgement and Stewardship: generate donor acknowledgement letters, assist with stewardship activities, contribute to annual report of gifts.
