Job summary

Tufts University in Massachusetts is seeking an Associate Director, Annual Giving and Volunteer Engagement to lead recruitment, training, engagement, and stewardship of more than 150 alumni volunteers, with a focus on reunion and class volunteers. You will develop fundraising strategies, cultivate leaders, and partner with colleagues to boost alumni participation and giving.

This role oversees program data management, reporting, and the GiveCampus platform, and collaborates across Alumni

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree BA/BS or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in volunteer management, fundraising/development, or alumni relations.
• Experience with donor databases (Raiser's Edge, Access/Advance) preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, engagement, and stewardship of 150+ alumni volunteers.
• Develop and implement volunteer engagement and fundraising strategies.
• Coordinate with Alumni Engagement and Development to strengthen alumni participation and giving.
• Oversee program data management, reporting, and GiveCampus platform usage.
