Job summary

The University of West Georgia in Carrollton, GA is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Network Engagement to strengthen relationships with alumni, students, volunteers and donors through chapters and events. You will support data reporting, communications, and volunteer management while coordinating with university advancement colleagues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in alumni relations; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two years of work experience in alumni relations and/or engagement in an educational setting.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience in higher education/university advancement; UWG alumnus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages relationships with alumni, students, volunteers, donors and friends through chapters, networks and events.
• Oversees data research, reporting, alumni email and communications strategies.
• Manages alumni volunteers and supports operations of the team.
