Job summary

Franklin Cummings Tech seeks an Assistant Director of Accessibility and Learning Support to lead disability services, tutoring operations, and coaching. You will ensure ADA/504 compliance, oversee tutoring programs, and maintain a coaching caseload to support retention and graduation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in disability support services or student support.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accessibility services strategy and daily operations.
• Manage Kraft Center for Student Success tutoring operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise tutors and support staff.
• Collect and report data on service usage and accommodation compliance to drive retention and success.
