Job summary

You will supervise Residential Aide staff, organize training, conduct emergency planning, and participate in case conferences, contributing to a safe, supportive environment for homeless women.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with homelessness, mentally ill and/or other special needs populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day shelter operations with the Hotel Manager and the Director of Social Services to meet Project Renewal and DHS standards.
• Supervise Residential Aide staff and ensure 24/7 staffing with proper training and safety protocols.
• Maintain incident reporting and fire safety training records; oversee emergency planning and drills as required.
