Responsibilities

• Oversee social services department for the shelter.
• Coordinate service delivery with healthcare providers and operations.
• Ensure adherence to DHS/OTDA and Project Renewal policies.
• Liaise with DHS and OTDA on clinical issues and client placements.
• Develop and implement policies to meet DHS requirements.
• Conduct chart reviews and maintain documentation in external databases.
• Lead staff development and supervise team performance.
• Ensure housing program applications and related housing packages are processed.
