Responsibilities

  • Establishes and leads project teams to develop and implement new ideas and/or processes.
  • Oversees program expenditures and cost related to supplies, personnel.
  • Demonstrates leadership in understanding policies and procedures as well as contractual obligations and ensuring that staff complies with them.
  • Establishes quality controls. Ensure that information is timely and professionally presented to monitors and auditors. Prepare responses to monitor and auditor findings and reports.
  • Takes immediate action to address and resolve poor staff performance or recognize outstanding performance.
  • Ensures that staff are meeting performance objectives, and that supervisors and managers are taking appropriate actions to timely and effectively address performance deficiencies.
  • Interviews, hires and coaches employees.
  • Assess staff performance to ensure proficiency
  • Ensures workplace safety
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned

Overview
