Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Director to partner with the School Director to ensure safe, effective operation of the school and to foster the developmental growth of children.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director takes sole responsibility for the school. Qualified candidates will have leadership experience in licensed childcare, meet state education requirements, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Operate the school safely and effectively with the School Director.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
