Job summary

Learning Care seeks an Assistant Director to oversee safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes sole responsibility and supports the growth of children.

The role requires at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility; a 2-year Associates degree in ECE or related field is preferred; candidates must meet state educational requirements and be at least 21.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
