Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help ensure the safe, effective operation of our school alongside the School Director. In the Director's absence, you will assume full responsibility and maintain a caring, educational environment for children and their families.

You will promote social, physical, and intellectual growth, recruit and retain qualified staff, and help achieve profitability by upholding company and state licensing standards while modeling a positive,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 1, 2, or 3 credential.

Responsibilities
