About This Role

Faith Based Program - in need of a full-time Assistant Director.

What You’ll Do

Manage school operations, maintain state religious exempt licensing compliance, and assist in handling facility upkeep. Observe classroom management and assist in curriculum implementation. Serve as primary bridge between teachers and parents, touring prospective families and maintaining school enrollment.

Requirements

Associate degree in ECE, Child Development Associate (CDA), credentials, or relevant college credits. 1 to 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility with previous staff supervisory experience or lead teaching duties. Current CPR/First Aid certification and MAT certification.
