Premier Early Childhood Education Partners in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Director who leads with care and decisiveness, guiding teams of educators while ensuring a welcoming, values-driven environment for families.
You will oversee licensing compliance, cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, conduct tours, and support Directors and Teachers to flourish within our community, all while multitasking and prioritizing schedules with precision.

Compensation: $19 - $21 an hour, based on experience and education
