Job summary

Learning Care Group in Minnesota is hiring an Assistant Director to help oversee daily school operations with the School Director and to support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. In the Director’s absence, you will have sole responsibility for the school and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

The role offers a starting hourly rate around $20.48 plus bi-weekly and daily pay options, health benefits, tuition assistance, and a Master Teacher Program to support

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.
• In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

• Compensation of a starting hourly at $20.48 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
