Ecumencial Adult Care Of Naperville is seeking an Assistant Director to lead programs for adults aged 18–59 with developmental disabilities. The role involves developing participant programs, coordinating staff and participant schedules, managing participant intake, and supporting other program functions.
The position requires a college degree in recreational therapy or related field, plus two years of relevant experience; QIDP and CPR certification are preferred.
We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and compassionate individual to work with adults ages 18–59 who have developmental disabilities. The Assistant Director is expected to work approximately 70 hours per week and will be responsible for developing participant programs, coordinating staff and participant schedules, managing participant intake, and supporting other program functions. Candidate must have a college degree, preferably in the areas of recreational therapy, activity professional, or other related field, and two years of experience working with adults with special needs. QIDP and CPR certification are preferred.
