Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant of Digital Product Operations to support day-to-day digital merchandising for Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen and Dormify. You will help manage product pages, testing, and performance across three brands.

The role partners with Site Merchandising, Merchandising, Creative, UX/Product, Analytics, Technology and Operations to deliver seasonal launches and category optimization, focusing on a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 1–2 years of eCommerce merchandising or operations experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required; PowerPoint and business recap skills preferred.
• Basic web analytics experience; Adobe Analytics highly preferred.
• Experience using web content management, eCommerce, or site merchandising systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the SKU creation and generation of product pages within the designated category for seasonal launches; own testing in partnership with Site Merchandising and Creative for accuracy.
• Maintain the product page playbook for your category including basket-building, image/video strategy, structure, and UX/UI across desktop, mobile, and app.
• Maintain awareness of customer needs, category trends, competitive activity, business performance, and eCommerce best practices to inform recommendations and execution.
• Assist in weekly product page performance reporting for your category using analytics and data; communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
