Job summary

Stellar Health Group is seeking a dependable Dietary Assistant to support meal preparation and dining services for residents. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided to ensure excellent service and teamwork.

Responsibilities include preparing meals and dining rooms, serving meals, clearing and resetting areas, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining environment while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to perform physical job requirements, including sitting, standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to follow departmental safety policies and procedures.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service to residents.

  • Prepare food trays with condiments, napkins, juices, milk, and other necessary items.
  • Serve meals to residents and pour beverages as needed.

  • Dispose of trash appropriately.
  • Follow food service, safety, sanitation, and facility procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining and kitchen environment.

Dietary Assistant

No prior experience is required—we are willing to train motivated candidates who are committed to providing excellent service and working as part of a team.
