JCPenney is seeking an Assistant Designer (Seasonal Product) to support design and development across key product categories for both DTC and Wholesale channels. You will create CADs, sketches, and PLM tech packs, while assisting in fabric and trim selection and maintaining line sheets and design boards.
The role requires 1–3 years in apparel design and proficiency with PLM/PDM, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A fast-paced, cross-functional environment and strong organizational skills are essential.

Role Overview The Assistant Designer supports the design and development process across key product categories, enabling efficient execution of seasonal deliverables. This role works across both DTC and Wholesale channels, supporting brand-specific design needs as well as scalable, COE-led product development.
