Big Y Foods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Department Sales Manager at OLD SAYBROOK, CT. The role focuses on supporting sales and operations by hiring, training, and supervising staff while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Our assistant department sales manager is responsible for assisting in achieving sales/operational results through hiring, training, goal setting, decision-making, and supervising employees within department.
