Qualifications

• MA or MA.Ed. in one of the College’s program areas from an accredited institution and at least three years of experience as a faculty member in the College of Education.

Responsibilities

• Provide overarching support for the Chair and Program Directors.
• Curriculum & Course Management: lead scheduling, curriculum development, and program directives; oversee admissions/advising where applicable.
• Faculty Support: facilitate faculty mentorship, oversee committees, onboarding, credentialing, program management, and accreditation tasks.
• Assist Chair with resource allocation, policy implementation, and special projects; support program directors as needed.
