Responsibilities

• Ensure polite, friendly service from the deli staff.
• Achieve sales, shrink, and profit goals.
• Maintain inventory and supplies.
• Operate according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to staff.
• Perform product prep, receiving, ordering, and stocking.
• Manage labor budget and scheduling.
• Perform PA announcements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
