Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for CBS Student Services.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, advising, student engagement, and career planning with measurable outcomes.
• Direct budgeting and personnel management for the CBS student-support team.
• Represent CBS to external partners and University stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Dean’s Leadership Council and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education.
