Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus at least 8 years of professional experience in higher education and/or relevant industry experience.
• Proven leadership experience in educational settings with oversight of administrative and operational activities.
• Ability to build and manage engaged teams, set goals, and foster professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBS Student Services and oversee recruitment, retention, advising, engagement, and career planning.
• Serve on the Dean’s Leadership Council and translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes.
• Manage budgets and personnel while representing CBS to external partners and stakeholders.
• Foster an inclusive undergraduate experience and respond to student concerns and crises in coordination with relevant offices.
