Qualifications

• Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration or related field (preferred).
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in student conduct, residence life, or a related area in higher education (preferred).
• Knowledge of student development theory and federal/state compliance laws (FERPA, Title IX, Clery Act) (preferred).
• Experience interpreting and applying complex university policies and facilitating investigations/hearings (preferred).
• Experience with Maxient or similar conduct databases (preferred).
• Supervisory experience of professional or student staff (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administers student conduct and academic integrity processes per university policies.
• Fosters a safe, respectful, inclusive learning environment with accountability and restorative practices.
• Collaborates with students, faculty, staff, and campus partners to provide training and leadership on conduct matters.
• Serves as liaison to faculty and Faculty Senate on academic integrity and policy matters.
• Supports policy development and data-informed assessment to advance student success.
