Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related health field from an accredited institution.
• Experience in data analysis, assessment, and budget preparation.
• Experience in curriculum development, teaching, and regional and national accreditation requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to all CCRI campus locations, high school, and industry partners in Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic administration of Health and Rehabilitative Science programs at a multi-campus community college.
• Lead in preparation for specialty accreditation for allied and rehabilitative health, dental, and nursing programs.
• Monitor trends in health fields and interpret their significance to administration and faculty.
• Develop new programs and transfer opportunities; manage credit and non-credit health programs.
• Assist the dean in faculty selection and orientation; supervise health science chairs and support staff.
• Recommend faculty development and promotional plans; monitor enrollment and program outcomes.
• Represent CCRI in partnerships to advance workforce initiatives and institutional priorities.
